To be eligible for a return, you must return any unused portion of your product in the original packaging.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
To request a return, complete the email form on our contact us page and include your order number. We will contact you with return instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product must be returned to receive a refund. Once the product is received a refund will be issued. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us using our contact us form.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be sent to you.
